The main cooking area is equipped with porcelain enamel cast iron grates that offer a blend of the benefits of traditional cast iron and enamel grates. They are heavy-duty, non-stick, rust-resistant, and crack-resistant. This grilling setup ensures even heat distribution when used with the 3 stainless steel burners and the enameled charcoal tray.
